Get On The Ball

Grab your exercise ball and enjoy a 45 minute non stop movement class for strength, flexibility and variety of very creative movement in motion patterns.

You will also need a mat, weights and exercise band.
55cm up to 5 feet 8 inches. unless you are very long waisted then we recommend 65cm

Fun Fitness 4-6 Year Olds

Let’s go kids. Do you want to have fun? Move, jump and play with JoAnimal. They will do skill drills, yoga and silly stretching along with playful movement. Each class will be a little different. There will be great music to play and sing by.

Hits of The 60’s Stretch at 6

Stretching inspired by your favorite hits of the 60’s “The Happy hour of stretching”
Release relax and revive your energy, your spirit and whole being in this class. Yoga in motion and life enhancement movement patterns to unwind tightness are featured in this class. You will utilize the breath to increase muscle length and space in the joints.

Joanne refers to these protocols as her Slengthening technique. You will need a mat, small 6 inch ball, exercise band and your happy self.

Rebounding Creative Mix with Props and Shakers

Rebounding with or without a bar. you will need weights, band, exercise ball, SHAKERS and mat.

45 minutes of fun and multi dimensional movement patterns . playful weight training.

Fun, Fit & Sit – for Ages 60 Plus

Grab your chair, weights and exercise band . This class focuses on cardio, strength, flexibility, breathing, balance, vagal toning, and relaxation. A strong supportive chair preferably with arms without wheels is needed.

Slengthening Ultimate Stretch Without Strain

Joanne created the Slengthening technique in 2000. It is combination of unique patterns and tricking the brain to achieve more length and strengthen without strain. You can do on a mat or with your rebounder.
