HiLi™– Rebouncing Interval Blend
High Intensity, Low Impact – No two classes are ever the same as we blend multiple modalities and fitness props with rebounding for an all-around fun, fitness experience.Props include: hydro shakers, bands, weights, bars and balls. Every class is unique!
Small Ball Muscle Release
Self massage system using flexible 7” balls on the mat. Release tight muscles while creating space in your joints and stimulating bone. You’ll love this bounce free session.HiLi – “Seriously Flexy”™

Parents and Babies
Interactive parents and babies (under age 2) fitness class using rebounders.
Rebounce Express – 10-10-10
10 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes of strength, 10 minutes of stretch using rebounders, weights, and bands.
Bounce Zone Drop In
Drop in unstructured bounce time for kids and adults; pay per session
Small Group Personal Training
Limited to maximum of 5 per class – must call ahead to attend this personalized training session.
