I help working professionals just like you learn to take control of their emotions through the power of the breath and the present moment. When exposed to anxiety, most of us end up holding our breath, which worsens anxiety, which makes the pain worse – it’s a vicious cycle.

Emotions are nothing more than reactions to external stimuli, and while we can’t always change our situation, we can control how we react – controlling breath to control emotion

In this one-hour program, we’ll address the stress at the level of the body using a short sequence of simple yet powerful yoga postures. To relax the mind, we’ll practice pranayama (breathing techniques), and we’ll take the relaxation much deeper through a guided meditation. And finally, we’ll top it off with a sound bath to ancient Sanskrit chants that harmonizes our body, our mind and our environment.
